Our client's only responsibility is to ship the outdated pharmaceuticals & ethical OTC products to our facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed distribution center with the receiving and processing expired pharmaceuticals.
• I.M.C uses an EPA licensed firm for disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, schedule and non-schedule pharmaceutical waste.
• All I.M.C employees fully bonded.
• Experienced in the handling of all narcotic Pharmaceuticals. (D.E.A compliant)
• Pricing used is actual contract prices.

SERVICES:

• MedTrace program: An accounting tool to give our customers information ranging from credit amounts to purchase order numbers.
• Computer generated reports, with N.D.C numbers, fully documenting returnable and waste pharmaceuticals in compliance with DEA and State regulations. 
• All schedule returns receive a certificate of destruction and affidavit of disposal.
• Pull all outdated pharmaceuticals out of pharmacy if I.M.C is contracted for the inventory.
• Joint Commission clean-up (See Special Services)

• Free processing of all narcotics as part of our return service.
• Free disposal of all medical waste as part of our return service*.  
• Based on actual value received of returns in credit, check, or exchange.
• 10% off base inventory charge
• Additional discounts if return values are over 50,000.00 annually.

QUALITY CONTROL:

I.M.C. main priority has always been to provide the most accurate reports available. In order to achieve this goal we have implemented an extensive system of cross checks from data entry to report generation.

DATABASE:

Inventory & return companies must rely on a service to supply them with a database and periodic updates. Applying the inventory process to these unmodified databases leave room for reporting your inventory. I.M.C has designed a CROSS-REFERENCE SYSTEM. This series of programs guarantees an accurate inventory through the utilization of several interrelated databases.
