DATABASE DESIGN:

Who better to set up an inventory system than an inventory firm? Our design department will work with your staff on designing a simple and workable perpetual inventory system. Our expertise in this area includes Pharmacy, O.R., E.R., General Stores and Central Supply. IMC not only customizes the software, we can also bar code the items and/or shelves. We could then enter your present inventory into the database with all the pertinent information.

JOINT COMMISSIONS:

Along with the taking of inventory and processing of returns IMC offers a clean-up service for the preparation of Joint Commissions in your pharmacy. Our staff goes through each bin in your facility and each outside satellite and pulls your expired medications. (This service is usually performed a few weeks prior to your review.)

CONSULTING.

IMC specializes in taking inventory; our firm was built on that task alone. There is tremendous experience with IMC in our customers receiving a quality inventory. Each consultant has a minimum of 15 years in pharmacy and is at your facility to see to it that your facility accounted for accurately. Consultants are experienced with packaging, pricing, outdated stock and also the reviewing of reports for any inventory scenario.
